On one hand, it’s used to describe extreme hard work. To describe someone with an “off-the-charts” work ethic, an endless “motor”, etc. But it has also become associated with employee burnout. The idea of overworked and / or underpaid professionals expected to do unreasonable things to attain unachievable results. Literally in some cases.

So we decided to take the word back and make it mean something bigger and better within the walls of Ally Logistics, as an acronym used to define our values.
